As with your name, you do not have to provide your full address. This is for the benefit of potential buyers. You could simply enter a location name such as "Birmingham".
 
Postcode:
Postcode is not required at registration however you will have specify it if you choose to advertise your car with us. When you list your car for sale, your postcode is used by our search system to work out how far away your car is from the buyer.

If you provide your postcode now, it will appear automatically in the postcode field on our search page, so you do not have to enter it every time you search for a car.

If you choose to specify your postcode here you will still be able to enter a different one as the location of your car if you choose to list one for sale.
